If you're ready to get started, here is what we will need from you:
1. Signed BIGLIST Customer Agreement. (PDF)
This is a one-page agreement, incorporating our Terms and Conditions and No Spam Policy. We'll need you to sign two copies of this Agreement, and send them to us.

2. Signed Credit Card Agreement. (PDF)
Payment information. We will need a signed copy of this, either faxed or mailed.
3. New Client Form.
The authorized contacts, billing and mailing information for your list service.
4. Completed Web Order Form.
This form will provide us with the information we need to set up your list, e.g., your choice of list name and list owner.
