A pretty good disription of the TIA sound hardware can be found in the TIA sound emulation package, that most VCS emulators use. I don't have the file handy right now, but I will look for it, if you can't find it on the net. It doesn't have a frequency table in it, but enough information, to calculate one yourself. I think it would be better, if you do this, since you seem to have a better musical knowledge then I do.
