Unfortunately the Atari designers were to cheap to adapt the colours
to the different tv standards, therefore NTSC VCSs have a different
palette from PAL VCSs. If you need four different and bright colours,
you should probably use one of the difficulty switches as a NTSC/PAL
selector, that would lead to individual colour sets on both TV systems.
