Well it works fine on my TV with the Cuttle Cart or on an EPROM. But it's
running at 271 lines which is a little high for NTSC.
I can only guess, that the SC has also some minor (in your case
positive) influence on the signal. And that is just enough to make the
difference.
There is generally no RF shielding in homebrew carts, but the Supercharger
probably has decent shielding. Maybe that's making the difference.
