David Crane never worked a normal 40 hour work week. He used to spend most of his time doing anything BUT working and he would then shut himself away for long bursts of time with do-not-disturb on the door.

I do think 2600 programming is not something you can do in tiny burst or with a lot of side distractions which explains why I haven't gotten very far with Death Derby. I can program Cold Fusion almost half-asleep with the TV going but not 6502 assembly.
