If you're using the 'object slider' for collisions (which I strongly
recommend for cameras against walls), you can edit the settings, which
let you perform precision tests --> set the value to 10, to perform up
to 10 intermediate collision tests which should avoid jumping over
objects when FPS is low.

Subject: [Virtools] Collisions
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
When moving an object or camera through a scene I like to use the per
second
function to ensure that the speed of movement is time related rather
than
frame rate, BUT on slow computers I find that my collision object jumps
beyond object it should collide with (walls for example) between frames.
How can I retain the same speed of movement whatever the frame rate
without
this jumping past the walls effect?
