Page format...

  Hi,
     In setting up a page, and I want a page with a size 11.5"x17.5"
(instead of 8"x11.5" default size) and I'm using simple-page-sequence to
set it, but it doesn't seem to work, any comment on that?? Did I do it
wrong, or I have to use page-sequence and column-set-sequence instead?? If
so, would any one show me how to use it???

  Since 72 pt = 1 inch.---> 11.5 in = 792pt
                            17.5 in = 1224pt
