Subject: DD: Revised and expanded procedures library From: Tony Graham <tgraham@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Thu, 30 Oct 1997 17:45:32 -0500 (EST) |
A revised, expanded, and reorganised procedures library is available for downloading from http://www.mulberrytech.com/dsssl/dsssldoc/procedures.html. The procedure library is available in SGML, HTML, and RTF. Thanks go to the following people for contributing new procedures: Vivek Agrawala, Tony Graham, G. Ken Holman, Chris Maden, and Norman Walsh (over 40 new procedures). Thanks also go to Vivek Agrawala for marking up procedures and other assistance. The procedures library is divided into procedures from the DSSSL standard and original procedures. The procedures from the standard are arranged by their section within the standard, and the other procedures are divided into list, character, string, length, node, flow object, procedure, and debugging categories. Every procedure is provided with a synopsis, and the majority of the procedures have an explanation detailing the procedure and its return value. One of the next phases for the procedure library will be to add usage examples for the procedures. The procedure library is provided by volunteer effort in the expectation that it will be useful to other DSSSL users. If you would like to contribute procedures, markup, or examples for the next revision of the procedure library, please contact me at tgraham@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Regards, Tony Graham ======================================================================= Tony Graham Mulberry Technologies, Inc.
