To the best of my knowledge, the html backend isn't working in
current releases of jade.  That's why there are two DocBook
stylesheets.

On a related note, I hacked up a quick proof-of-concept
stylesheet to translate the FOT output into HTML+CSS, but it's
very, very incomplete.
