With its default value of #f, "the line spacing shall not be automatically adjusted to take into account the size of the content of the lines" - hence the paragraph spacing of "Exactly". So giving min-leading: _any_ value switches on auto-spacing, as well, of course, as specifying a minimum line spacing. Richard Light.
