Well imagine my surprise at wandering into this mailing list and finding
myself a topic of conversation.

I've moved the tutorial to

In the spirit of open source, I would be glad to let someone else take
over maintenance of this tutorial (under the usual social rules) and/or
incorporate it into a larger work. I do not have time to improve it
anymore. The tools part is especially out of date.

I had hopes of writing a DSSSL book but the XML Handbook takes up all of
my book-writing time. On the other hand, the XML Handbook publication
system depends on Jade!
