bracketed text entity decl in grove

Here is a question for the grove gurus on the list:

How are declarations of bracketed text entities represented in the
grove ?

Example:

<!entity to starttag "test">

The enttype property of class entity allows only the value
text, subdoc, cdata, ndata, sdata and pi. I would have expected it
to have the additional values starttag, endtag, ms and md.
