   Can't see what's not there. :)  Unfortunately, there is no way to
do this with Jade/OpenJade.  In fact, simple-page-sequence headers
are, by DSSSL standard, totally static.  Jade does provide a
non-standard extension which allows the page number to be embedded,
but for totally dynamic content in headers, you'd need support for the
"page" flow object, which Jade currently lacks.
