Subject: ANN: dbslide - presentations with DocBook From: hoenicka_markus <hoenicka_markus@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Sat, 11 Nov 2000 00:21:18 -0500 |
This is the first public announcement of a quick hack that I did on Norman Walsh's DocBook DSSSL stylesheets. dbslide is a collection of driver files for these stylesheets plus helper scripts, CSS stylesheet, and patches. The purpose of these files are to create: - a presentation with JavaScript/JScript support - "classic" overheads and slides - handouts - speaker's copy with annotations (using marked sections) Please drop by at: http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/hoenicka_markus/dbslide.html for more information, a demo presentation, and a manual. As it is a quick hack, there will certainly be "issues" (who said bugs?). Feedback is very welcome, especially about compatibility with browser versions that I don't have access to. regards, Markus hoenicka_markus@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx DSSSList info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/dsssl/dssslist
