(dsssl) ANN: bigdiesel starts to graph groves

Hi,

For those interested in studying groves, BigDieSeL now has a tool to
produce graphs of the grove built from a document.  This is still
young, and it still has severe limitations (there is virtually nothing
in the grove, but element nodes; the parser only handles a very very
small subset of SGML - use the provided test files, not yet your own
ones).
