Thanks Pieter,
While I can see that is a clear option, I was wondering why <sec> was not
provided here as per the <back> element as this would align more easily with
JATS content

Hi Mike,

shouldn't you put what you need in a book-back/book-part ? that would be the
most generic solution, I'd think.

would add as <back><sec content-type="data-availability"> alongside other

capture this statement for a whole book in <book-back> there is no child <sec>
or sibling of <ack>, <ref-list> etc.

Am I looking at this right? Helpful comments please
