Hi Mike b

In building BITS we considered <book-part> to be the closest equivalent
to a JATS <article>. The goal was to be able to make a JATS <article>
into a BITS <book-part> with minimal changes.


To put a data availability statement in a <book-part> you have a
<back> containing a <sec>, just like a JATS article.

If you are equating JATS <article> to <book> instead of to <book-part>
more changes will be needed. In this case, you would need a <book-back>
that contains <back> which contains <sec>.


The reason <book-back> was created, and has a different name from
<back>, is that it models a structure in books that has no equivalent
in articles.

Was there a specific reason not to include it or was there no specific reason
