Hi Ken --

I assume that you are looking for z39.102-2022 encoded in the tag set defined
in z39.102-2022. I am not aware that anyone has created such a file. The
version of Z39.102-2017 in Z39.102-2017 was created after publication as a
demonstration of use of the tag set.

While the production process for the Z39.102 standard and the associated
non-normative documentation (the tag libraries) is XML based it does not use
the tag set defined in Z39.102.
