I should give credit where credit is due. The STS-in-STS demonstration file
was created by Joni Dames, then of Inera. It was a substantial amount of work,
largely because there were a lot of weirdnesses in the source file that were
introduced to make the print version of the standard format as required.

The version of Z39.102-2017 in Z39.102-2017 was created after publication as a
