[jats-list] Tagging original-language source of a translated article

When tagging a journal article that has been translated from another language,
what is best practice for tagging metadata for the original article?  Is there
anything more suitable than adding a related-article to the article-meta?  If
that's the correct element to use, is there a consensus on what the
related-article-type should be?
