Personal preferences,
	Microsoft MSXML is quick and newly conformant
(http://www.microsoft.com/xml)
	XT is quick but not fully conformant and limited support
(http://www.jclark.com)
	Saxon is conformant and well supported on this list
(http://users.iclway.co.uk/mhkay/saxon)
