[xsl] unbreakable block

Simple task: I need to create XSLFO template that will be used to create PDF print for bank CHECKs output. I made already XSL that prints each check separately. But there are company CHECKs that are 3 on letter page. How to create do that ? Is there some unbreakable block or how ? Please help ...
