If:
  - you fixed your XSL stylesheet by wrapping your code in an 
xsl:stylesheet element, and
  - if you have made your XSLT into a well-formed XML document, and
  - you have new problems
tell us what you tried and why you don't like the result.

If you haven't tried the solution that was provided, why do you think 
additional advice will help?
