*  A FEDERAL JUDGE IN LOS ANGELES ruled on Friday that two 
   well-known file-sharing services are not responsible for 
   illegal copying of movies and music by the services' users. 
   The entertainment industry, which brought the suit, has vowed 
   to appeal.
