RE: e-reserve downloading from vendor

	We are having trouble with durable links and the proxy server for our databases from one vendor.  Are you saying its OK to download articles from, say, Proquest full text and put them on the server for the WebCT e-reserves?  This would sure facillitate access to something we have already paid for.  We haven't talked to our vendor about doing this yet, but have been trying to work with durable links, and have run into snafus this fall.
