FWIW ... as Peter Hirtle mentioned, the 1924 title has already been digitized by California and is in HathiTrust. I queued it up to be reviewed in our Copyright Review Management System yesterday and its public domain status was confirmed. So that title is now available as full text in HathiTrust.
