That may depend upon your PP contractual agreement.  If you have gone
through Swank Motion Pictures for the PP rights, then you should be able to
get a digital image from them.  This image can be used for promotional
purposes on campus.  Contact the folks you dealt with to get the PP rights,
they should certainly know what they're allowed to do as that should be
mandated by their relationship with the studio.  We use images all the time,
but that is in conjunction with Swank.  If you're not familiar with Swank,
they represent many of the major Hollywood studios and work with college
campuses on things like PP, campus cable networks, etc.

Can someone answer this question.  Our Student Activities Council is having

movie night (paying public performance fees) and they want to know if they

use a image of the dvd cover (ToyStory 3) on a postcard flyer that will be
send out on campus to faculty / staff.
