Hi Bryan  thanks for this great list.  I am a big fan of Peters and the
Center for Social Media!

The issue I tend to have difficulties with are the situations where fair use
is not appropriate  where students or faculty want to do things that do
require permissions.  Where they go, who is authorize, how much it will
cost...

Meanwhile, Im adding this list to our website  your effort in compiling it
is much appreciated.
