I just saw the regular notice, which is why my date was different. That is certainly a new one on me! Has anyone else had a similar occurrence with call-out comments? If such a practice becomes common, it would not surprise me to see litigation over what constitutes full notice -- and whether those receiving the notice may be bound by comments embedded in the document and that would ordinarily not appear if the PDF is simply printed.
