[stella] Credits

I'm toying around with the idea of doing the credits to my documentary
with a 2600.

Text is a challenge on the 2600, and getting well-defined text is next to
impossible.

So I'm throwing this out there to see if anyone might have the balls to
attempt a credit scroll on the 2600.
