I must question the validity of doing this.  How would you determine who 
was elite enough to qualify for this club?  I am a programmer by 
profession, but I haven't mastered programming the 2600, and I enjoy 
reading the knowledge being passed around here.  So, in effect, people like 
me would be shut out?

I guess I should be happy I didn't have to fill out some kind eligibility 
application to get my Starpath CD.
