Whoa!  My contributions to the code were miniscule!  If he had 8K to play
with instead of 4K, I wouldn't have even needed to optimize anything.  And
that's all I did, save a tiny bug fix in the extra-life routine Piero
could've done himself in his sleep :)

Piero's so much the author that I wouldn't accept credit if he offered any.
