Well, if you are using Win95, just hit Alt-Print Screen, it will capture a screenshot of the active window into the clipboard.  Go to your favorite paint program and paste it as a new image.  Paint Shop Pro allows you to do multiple captures easily too, but Alt-Print Screen is the economical way.
