[stella] Source code status

I wanted to check back on you regarding the status of the source code
transcription.  Any news?

And also I should be able to work over a more formal agreement with you
regarding our CD plans shortly...

We're going to be talking with Telegames about the Starpath CD reissue.  We
want to see some heavier volume than we can acheive if we self-publish.
