[stella] submissions

If anyone else would like to have their programs on the Stella reissue, let
me know.

I can't really offer a royalty, unfortunately, but it might be nice to get
some of the games on the CD.  I know programming activity has been rather
slow this last year on Stellalist, and the games that are out there have
been out there for some time, so now might be a good time to archive them
on this CD and label it an era.

So those who have written games, a show of hands?
