More questions on the new stella reissue.

#1: Will it be a limited or unlimited release? (the original Stella CD was
limited and now is considered a collector's item!)

#2: How does one pre-order it?

#3: If we wanted to pick up more than one, is there a limit?

#4: How much will it cost?

Thanks!
