I have further information on this guy. He also has an ebay account with
purchases until April 99 of last year under - paulo@xxxxxxxxxx He probably
has a newer account under someone else's name or an account with a different
email account. New info can be obtained by emailing ebay's Safe Harbor and
explaining his criminal practices and they will probably give you his new
account and contact info.
