Probably not. It only describes how the decryption works. Anyone
could have gotten this information by reverse engeneering the
7800 BIOS. I think Bruce Tomlin even has posted a PASCAL version
of the key decryption routine to RGVC a couple years back. I'm
sure Atari/GCC has taken care that this isn't enough information
to figure out the encryption key from.
