Hm, I hadn't been scoring diagonals. It would be trivial to do, though.

Left difficulty for `royal flush scores 36/30' and right for `Score/don't score
diagonals'...

Probably I should only read the diff. switches at the start of the game.

...and I had in mind adding a second kernel that runs when the user holds
down Select, which displays the scoring rules with PF text (4 bit wide
characters, 10 of them per row).
