If you like this then you should love the *world's smallest* vcs.h.  Back in
the old days assemblers would run out of space all of the time.  The first
thing to go is the comments.  And note how I changed the definitions from
hex to decimal to save and additional byte of source code without caring a
whit if anybody could understand it.  Now *that* is old school.
