The PAL version of Euchre runs at 50 fps, but I changed the timing of sounds,
delays, etc. accordingly so it appears to run at the same speed as the NTSC
version.
I didn't stretch the screen in the PAL version.
There's no detection or in-program switch; the PAL and NTSC version are two
separate binaries.
