MacOS X has bash and tcsh(the default). It wouldn't necessarily be a straight Unix port, since the graphics layer isn't X Windows as on most other Unix boxes. The graphics layer is called Carbon, and it's basically the old NextStep system. X11 can be had for the Mac, but I don't think I'd install it just to have an Atari emulator on the system.

If I was short of projects, I'd consider giving this a go, but I'm already up to here (hand just above eyebrows) with projects in the queue so I'll have to pass for now.
