I've always thought maybe patterns of code affect the interference.  Like 
certain instructions/memory accesses executed at a certain frequency will 
cause problems.  Just kinda got this impression from some of the results 
I've seen.  Could be totally wrong, but it sounds like it's possible from 
what Chris was saying.

It'd be interesting to load those two versions on a Cuttle Cart and see if 
there's any difference.
