Please don't. That's IMO the worst solution, even PAL-60 is better
then.

[X] PAL-60 (speed identical to NTSC original, a few PAL-TVs may have
problems)
[ ] simple PAL-50 (~18% slower than the NTSC original, fully
compatible with all PAL TVs)
