[stella] z26 keymaps

Is there any way, short of modifying the source code, to change
keymappings for z26 or x26?

I've just built a MAME cabinet (http://www.fsf.net/~adam/mamecab) and
I'd like to run 2600 games on it.  However, the default keybindings
don't play very nicely with a SlikStik Quad.
