>So, PAL60 will sound exactly like NTSC, in pitch? Since PAL60 and NTSC both refresh the screen at 60Hz or 60 times per second, the program execution speed is the same. In my mind, this means the audio hardware is generating sound at the same frequency as well. But as I said in an earlier post, I don't have any first-hand experience with PAL50 or PAL60 televisions. -Lee
