What you need is a timer BB.
When the collision happens it triggers both the sound and the timer.
Then the next collision event does not trigger the sound until the
timer is done (using an *and* BB on the output of the timer and on
the collision event). I dont have Virtools right now so I cant draw
it, but I hope you see what I mean.
