Hi

If you use the Reuse Textures options and the
texture you're trying to load is already present in your composition (name
matching), the texture won't be added in the collection because it has NOT
effectively been loaded. To obtain the same behavior as before, uncheck the
option and the texture will be loaded twice (although it seems not to be a good
idea...)

  Subject: [Virtools] Object load BB
  collection fail?

  Hi everyone,

It seems the Object load BB from dev 2.1 does not
generate a collection of loaded objects.

At first the comp. still used the old one(2.0),
but the effect remained the same when using the new version.
what we're loading is a cmo containing a texture
set for our project, in it is also an array describing each texture and it's
unique name by which the rest of the scripts refer to them, we used an
collection itterator to get the array, and put it into an array param. But
when testing the collection for an object array, it doesn't work because the
  collection param , remains empty..

Could it be that with the new reuse mesh and
reuse textures, the object load, loads textures and meshes, but does'nt see
them as objects in the collection.????

perhaps one of the virtools tech guru knows
something about the changes to the object load BB.

  grtz,

  tomas sala
