Part of my objective of writing the article at:

  http://www.xml.com/xml/pub/1999/04/holman/xsl.html

was to provide working examples. You can obtain the following files
through links in the article:

Size Date Time File
88 979 99-04-22 13:21 gkh-19990418.htm - produced using XT
41 143 99-04-22 13:20 gkh-19990418.xml - raw XML - viewable with IE5
 2 113 99-04-22 12:52 xmlcom.dtd - supporting DTD
16 728 99-04-22 13:12 xmlcom.xsl - W3C 1998-12-16 XSL
18 878 99-04-22 13:36 xmlcom.msxsl - IE5 XSL

Note that the HTML above was supplied to XML.com and was incorporated into
their online publishing system as a chain of 4 chunks ... but the complete
HTML file is available (as are all the files above) through links in the
sidebars.

Unfortunately, the article was completed 3 days before the most recent
version of XSL was released, so the W3C version of XSL complies only with
last December's revision.

I hope you find these of some help.
