I mangled that example, sorry, the point was to demonstrate _not_ using
an extension element in the template body:



<xsl:call-template name="write-document">
 <xsl:with-param name="href" select="'kjhgkg'"/>
 <xsl:with-param name="body">
   ... stuff ...
 </xsl:with-param>
</xsl:call-template>
